Tolip Aswan Hotel, Aswan

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The place is right in the center of lots of celebrating guests, overlooking the Nile, which was quite a view. Despite that, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and maintenance issues like non-working plugs and falling hangers were a nuisance.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but the service and cleanliness fell short. The location was superb with wonderful Nile views, though some facilities felt dated. The dining experience varied, from great to disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the Nile river and various amenities, but the rooms were disappointing due to being in a separate building a short walk away and issues with water retention in the bathroom. The service was friendly, although language barriers were present. The dining options were acceptable but could use improvement in freshness. The hotel facilities provided decent options, and the proximity to the events center was a plus.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main street, but unfortunately, the rooms are outdated. Despite this, the service from the staff, especially Ms. Monica from guest relations, was super friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location allows for easy access to the town area, although cleanliness issues were noted around the cups and coffee machines. Although the dining experience could be better, with some precooked items being less than satisfactory, the facilities provided were good overall.
